But this is a special episode in which the host, Adam Carewe MD, and his middle school daughter, Keegan Carewe discuss how she sees generative AI today and tomorrow:

  • Generative AI applications: Keegan shares how she uses generative AI tools such as Bing Copilot to search for information, create pictures, and make decisions. She gives examples of how she used it to find bird deterrents, perfume scents, concert tickets, skincare routines, and a women’s rights song.

  • Generative AI challenges: Keegan also talks about some of the challenges and limitations of generative AI, such as hallucination, privacy, and fact-checking. She says she has been hallucinated by Bing Copilot when it gave her false information about a Taylor Swift tour. She also mentions how some technologies like smart glasses can be used for security breaches.

  • Generative AI interests: Keegan expresses her interest in using generative AI for her future career as a veterinarian. She says she would like to have a co-pilot that can help her with questions and recommendations about animal care. She also says she is interested in climate change and how generative AI can help with reducing carbon emissions and protecting wildlife.

  • Other interests: Keegan reveals some of her other interests besides generative AI, such as Taylor Swift, record players, Squishmallows, and sea otters. She also answers some questions from her dad about her favorite Apple products and the car she dreams of having.
