This really gets at the difference between giving clinicians more data and actually helping them care for someone. The useful part isn’t just pulling everything together. It’s preserving where the data came from, showing what doesn’t fit, and leaving the judgment with the clinician. I also like you naming the equity issue. Better architecture can’t just create a better lane for people who can afford more devices.
